| Check-raise on the flop Im agressive in the cash games and tend to c-bet often when HU on the flop ....i think players have adjusted and c/r me on the flop ....now Im not sure how to counter this...but I usually have nothin and just fold....I dont like to adjust my style and check on the flop ....usually means its time to leave tables or forcing me to play less hands and i get ready to 3bet if I c/r on the flop. My question is to all of you that like to c/r on the flop do you like to do it usually as to the loose agressive or tight agresive player? 1) stone cold bluff or draw hand against a tight agressive player expecting a fold? 2)best hand or good drawing hand and knowing the player is maniac(loose agressive) will call/reraise the bet. |

| In general I've found that people check raising me on the flop aren't bluffing as often as it feels. Everytime I play back at someone thinking they are just trying to counter my cbet, they end up having something good so I tend to just give them credit for a hand. You might just be running into a lot of good hands and not necessarily that people are picking up on your cbetting habit. I assume you're also betting the flop with good hands and not just when you miss, that will help balance out your range on the flop. |
