chat terminology - "sn<3"?

Dumb question, pure curiosity - what does "screenname<3" mean in chat?

For context - the "sn" had nut flush on turn, I rivered a fh from a flopped set, and "sn" was a little upset. Another player typed into chat "sn<3". Neither I nor "sn" knew what this meant - the other player later chatted to me that it was a heart, which still didn't make sense to me...

does it mean less than 3 outs????

U hit set, other guy had flush u had 3 outs only? Just a guess.

Since the other player (who used it) said it was a 'heart' - it's likely a reference to Valentine's Day - yesterday the 14th - meaning maybe - a 'gift' type comment...?

<3 is often used to represent a heart. Less frequently I've seen it used to represent the bottom side of a butt. In this case I'd go with it being a heart.
