| BRM is about setting guidelines for the stakes you play at so as to manage the risk of losing most or all of your roll. Opinions differ somewhat as to what those guidelines should be. However, it's fairly common to suggest that you have at least 20 to 30 buyins at the level above your current one before you move up to it. And you should set a stop-loss. I lean toward having 30 buyins to move up, and requiring yourself to drop back down if your roll falls to 20. |
