The standard raise is 3 or 4 big blids (Between $1.50 and $2) plus one big blind ($.50) for every limper. Without reads, a min-raise is pretty much a limp. So making it $2-$3 is fine. Fold equity has to do with getting worse hands to fold to your raise, which doesn't have much to do with your example. |
