| i still feel anger after a bad beat ,i can't help it ,i guess i'm not as calm as you want me too be .....but i do take a time out to relax over an online bad beat(during it i feel up my pc with my baseball bat );this works every time for me and despite the fact it is a bit expensive it is my favorite way of dealing with a bad beat .....u can use this method live too, but i think it will cost u much more to beat up the dealer then to buy a new pc ..but what the hell u will feel much better and is totally worth it |

| Most of us feel anger after bad beats--the trick is to not let that have an effect on your play. That is not to say that I don't tilt, because its certainly something I need work on. |
