5 card draw, 3-way pot, weak two pair facing bet

both villains are weak passive, extremely straight forward players based on what i've seen. they're not playing like every hand, so i gotta believe this limp/call is going to be draws and pairs stronger than TT.

so sags drew 3 after limp/calling so he obv had a pair that he tried to improve. his bet tells me he had to have hit two pair or a set. good fold? pot odds are 5:1
