| Withdrawl issues with fulltilt I believe I have waited long enough. fulltilt owes me a bank transfer for $950 from February 2011 and now a check for $950 from the beginning of March 2011. I have emailed fulltilt till my fingers hurt and all I get back is computer generated responses. My last email was over two days ago and have not received any responses. As I live in the U.S. there is nothing I can do but post these problems here. I don't know what is going on with fulltilt and with the number of other posts regarding these issues it appears I'm not the only one having these problems. $1900 is probably not a big deal to fulltilt but in these troubled economic times it is a small fortune to me. |

| Well I'll be the first to post the Regular responses that one might receive at this forum... 1) Don't worry have patience $1900 as you stated is nothing to Full-Tilt poker and you'll receive your money in due time 2) Just email them all the proper information and be polite with there staff and hope for the best 3) It's your fault "Some how", and your to blame 4) Why didn't you have E-Wallet express 5) You Committed Fraud and thus are to blame for this problem and FT is just taking the proper steps in-order to be the best site out there as possible and ppl like you make me sick (I hope you don't get a penny for your crimes, and it's ppl like you that give ppl like us a hard time) FYI, I was just joking about most of the other responses and I really do hope you get your money from them just really ask them how come there taking so long and just seriously be patient with them, hope you really get your funds |

| ^^^lol. Seriously, I'm sure that they will get you your money. The problem is most likely with payment processors. Due to our government having nothing else better to do than harass poker players, it often takes quite awhile for withdrawals. Just remember, blame the real source of the problem, the dept. of justice and our retarded congress. Quick edit, also, blame the room temperature IQ mouth breathers who elect said congress. We are outnumbered by narrow minded fundamentalists in this country who only believe what their preacher and the loudest voice on their television tells them. Not that I'm bitter or anything. |

Here is some good news for you though, they appear to have fixed the issue and are now working to catch up with the backlog. I requested a eTransfer on Sunday and it hit my account today. |

| re: Withdrawl issues with fulltilt poker I have never had any problems with FT. Sorry to hear about your problems. I hope you get things sorted out. Can I suggest that you move to an electronic method of depositing and withdrawing which should make life a lot easier for you in the future. |

You can certainly suggest it but as stated in his original post he lives in the U.S. we don't have all of the options available that you have in Scotland. Trust me, if we could use NetTeller or something similar we would. |

| Thanks for all the advice. As of today, April 5, 2010, I finally got the check from fulltilt. The fight continues with the bank transfer. The last email I received from fulltilt was a request for my bank statements. Against my better judgment I sent fulltilt a complete record of my bank statements showing the fact I am missing one bank transfer for $950. I have gotten no response from them. I sent two follow up emails asking for the status of all the information I sent them and have gotten no response. I don't know what to do if they refuse to answer my emails. Does anyone have a phone number for fulltilt? I am at a loss and find this whole situation past ridiculous. The only thing I can do is post this nightmare on this site and let people know what is happening. Again, thanks for reading and everyone's replies. officer_obe (and yes, I am a retired police officer) |

Quick question. When you choosed the e-check option did you get a pop up stating it would take take longer than normal to receive money? I did so chose premium bank wire early Feb. One month later money was returned to my poker account. Okay then I chose check as there was no pop-up stating delay, but there was for an e-check. Got check two weeks later(on time). Cashed it. It was returned. Get e-mail from full tilt ONE WEEK LATER telling me not to cash check and funds will be returned to my poker account. So now I sit with my original amount I have been trying to cash out for two months now in my poker account. No compensation(this time). I have to send them copy of returned check before they give me money for that. Okay maybe more of a rant than a quick question but things sure are not well for all trying to get money right now. |

| Money shipped. Thanks WV. Do any of you guys know how these electronic deposits work? I mean as far as I know there is no way for money to come back out of my account, is there? Only asking because of returned check. Still has me kinda scared to spend money(sick isn't it). Seems this is the option to go for a while. LOL @ 2 days instead of 2 months. |

| Awesome. Glad to hear it. As far as I know once the money has been transferred electronically there is no way it can "bounce" or be taken back out of your account. The fact that the transfer went through means the funds have already been removed from the other account and deposited into yours. I think your long ordeal is finally over. |

| Not quite. I still have a check on the way for $250. If it's bad at least I don't need the money right now. Good news is e-transfer seems to work for me for now. + FT owes me for returned fees but I'm sure that will be taken care of shortly. Good luck to all who are trying to withdraw and having troubles. Future may be brighter than we had(I) thought. |

| My Fathers account closed and money taken My father and I are also having troubles with Fultilt. My father account totalled just under $1000 that he had biult up over 2yrs of playing on thier site. When he went to make his first with drawal from Fultilt they denided his request and then shut his account within 10min of his request. They stated that he had 2 accounts when one was infact mine, so we both had to show full ID and etc to prove this. We have done so with the site but my fathers account still has not been reopened had his money has vanished. We have been trying to communicate with Fulltilt but find it very hard to get an email reply from thier support, it can take about 2 weeks for a simply reply. Most other sites 888poker and Pokerstars you have a reply within a workin day. We have been trying to findout what is happening with my fathers money but still no responce from the site and this issue has been going on for about 3months, still no money for dad. At a loss with what to do because they seem to be an ungoverened company that can take and do what it wants with no repercussions I believe it’s pure theft |

| The saga continues. Today I finally received the email stating what I knew from the very beginning. I am posting this at the bottom of this letter. I've been told by fulltilt I don't know how to read a bank statement. My honesty and integrity has been questioned. This has been going on since Feb. and I get "please accept our sincere apologies". As of today, April 11th the money has still not been returned to my account as they said it has. I have emailed them twice without a reply concerning where the money is. If, and this is a strong "if", I get my money which has been rightfully mine for the last two months I really don't know if I'll ever play on fulltilt again. Thank you all for your letters of concerns and encouragement. I will keep everyone posted if the money ever shows up. If it does then we have to go through the withdrawal process all over again...the saga continues. thanks officer_obe Hello Scott, Thank you for sending a copy of your bank statement. We were able to compared the deposits in your bank statement against the information your Full tilt Poker account. Please note: Withdrawal for $950.00 (07998AE1) has been credited in your bank account on February 18th. Withdrawal for $950.00 (07A2FA21) has been credited in your bank account on February 23rd. Due to third party poker processor issues the withdrawal for $950.00 (07A2FA21) has not been successful. We have credited back your Full Tilt Poker on March 9th and the funds are now available to play or request a new withdrawal. Rest assure we working with our third party poker payments processor in order to prevent similar issues happens again in the future. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. I hope this clarifies your query. If there's anything else we can help you with, please let us know. We're always here to help. Regards, Chrystian Cashier Full Tilt Poker |

You may need to deposit some money on FT via MB to confirm the account. Then withdraw via moneybookers . |

| Got my $250 check yesterday. Called # on check to confirm last night. Had to leave a message. Called today and they say check is good so I cashed it. Last check I couldn't get a hold of the place where it was issued. So it shouldn't be returned, although it wouldn't surprise me in the least. If you don't want returned check fees that you won't get back for a while then make sure to confirm payment before cashing check. If not then you can expect it. BTW they only gave me $30 compensation for $64 they owed me. Greedy bastards. |
