Withdrawing Money from Full Tilt

I just I tried to transfer some money I'd won on Full Tilt yesterday and they sent me an email saying my request had been refused and I would have to send them photo evidence of my credit card, bank statement and another photo id, even though it was the same card which I transferred money from to my account in the first place.
I have withdrawn money from Stars several times and it has always been a fast and simple process
Do Full Tilt always do this to make it hard work to withdraw money so that people are more likely to leave it on longer and play with it more.

No, never had any trouble withdrawing from FT, but i use neteller, not my credit card. I did have to submit this kind of evidence to neteller, though.

Just do it this one time and you'll have no trouble whatsoever the next times you withdraw. No big deal.

Once you withdraw on a somewhat regular basis, those withdrawals end up being more or less instantaneous on either PS or FTP.

Fulltilt, makes almost impossible to withdraw for the first time, but after that is smooth sailing. keep on emailing them about what to do and follow it exactly to the letter. My friends have all done something diffrent when making a withdrawl, so i don't know if anyone knows exactly what it will take. good luck

You want them to be sure it is "you" withdrawing from the account. I did the same for my first withdrawal. since then no problem.

Use moneybookers.com. But to use the withdrawal method you have to deposit with it aswell. But if u want to take a lot of cash out, you can just deposit like 30$(the min dep) and withdraw all your funds at fulltilt. Easypeazy

that still wouldnt stop them from asking you to provide evidence of who you are etc it just a way to deposit and withdraw money onto a site if your bank cards dont allow for it

re: Withdrawing Money from Full Tilt poker

I have never deposited at Full Tilt, but twice I've transferred $50 to another player with no problem at all. They didn't ask for any verification, just click, click, click, done. I hope withdrawing will go as smoothly, but that's probably wishful thinking.
