keep in mind

the previous email from full tilt does not mention, the other 4 attempts I have made in processing cashouts. Like I said, they wont even let you attempt to do cash outs right now!!!

hopefully, it is as temporary as they say. All i know, is the time that it took for me to get my cashout last month was continuously a drawn out process after they kept using the word "soon." This is all crap, I just want to know what is causing all of this!!!!!

The problems are with their cheque processors, transactions direct to ewallets are not affected. You money is safe on FT.

Has anyone reported their problems to Kahnawake Gaming Commission ?

That's their job to regulate players getting paid (for one thing). Wonder if anyone has any more information as to our actual rights as players and receiving our money in a timely fashion.

I dont know, its your guys call. I would move over to pokerstars, but i like to play heads up ring games and the last time i checked, they did not have that.

I guess you could say that, I never particularly worry about actually getting paid by full tilt being that it is basically ran by actual renown pro's that are publically known. As a result, I dont think they would never actually not pay out because of reputation reasons. However, I feel like they bully people around. The only way that you can get in touch with them is by email. You can't call them via phone. Based on that premise alone, I know I am not the only one that gets aggravated with full tilt. Obviously they dont give the phone number because they would have endless phone calls from frusterated customers. In addition, when you write an email it take days for them to get back to you.

As oppose of paying all these poker players endorsements, I wish they would take the money to india to pay some indie to answer my phone call and deal with my issues. Full tilt makes too much money from people playing poker through the website to treat people like this........

I hate people that take business for granted. I play full tilt poker all the time and it SSSSUUUCCCKKKssss

My point is that it'd be nice to see you contribute to the forums something more than just the bitching that is going on in this thread. It sucks you're having issues getting your money. Wish you the best with that. Not saying this isn't an important topic, just would be nice for some of you to branch out and make more contributions to the forums.

Anyone have any recent updates. My request from 6-23 was canceled and returned to my acct. They gave me a $100 cash apology and said I could resubmit the request. I'm just wondering how long it's going to take.

Also I tried to do another and found that most players can request 1 cashout/day, but I am special and can only get 1/week. Getting a little concerned. I miss neteller.

There is a new method. Cash Pickup. google is your friend. Read the whole link, consider what is going on, and post discretely.

But we need some results posted.

I saw on the site that you have to fax in a copy of your id and something with your address on it. Is that true?

yes this is true for the first check. But the last check they sent me bounced. To their credit they put the money back in my poker account plus 200 for my troubles. I then had them send the money through money gram and that worked great. I suggest you do it that way.

Where did MoneyGram go?

MoneyGram was great. in about 3 days you can go pick up your money at a MoneyGram location. I made 3 withdrawals within 6 weeks and all 3 tookd about 3 days. It was odd going into WalMart and them handing me $1100 in cash in one withdrawal.

But today, I wanted to withdraw $800 and the MoneyGram option is gone. Bank transfers are also no longer available. the only real option is via check which we all know takes a long time.

Now this sucks.

Full tilt withdrawls

It takes at least a month to withdrawl from Full tilt. They are having multiple problems with check processing companies. I have not played on the site since. I have moved to Poker Stars and Ultimate Bet who have been much more accomidating with withdrawls. They only take a few days to process.

Good luck

I am so glad I came across this, as I am close to making a substantial deposit to a site and have started the research. I was considering FT, PS, Ultimatebet, Absolute Poker and Bodog. After reading about FT, I think I'll check them off my list until they get their "processing" issues straightened out. 2 week on a cashout is acceptable, but 2 mos. and bounced checks is totally unacceptable.

Interesting just how many threads there are in different places about sites, like FT, having problems paying customers. Especially since they take their rake - instantly.

Processor this, processor that, fingers pointing everywhere.

These sites make buckets, truckloads and trainloads of cash on a daily basis. Could one of the 'real' reasons be the old 'living beyond their means' explanations?

Anyone want to venture a guess on how much they spent with every expense of the WSOP that recently ended (for now) ? Expenses, reps, 'executive' travel, media ads, buy-ins, sponsorships, apparel, and the monstrous list goes on. I'll bet they don't reserve rooms at Motel 6. This is no chump change outlay.

Poker sites claim profits and customer funds are kept separate, and they should be. Enron told investors that their funds were abundant too ... They just couldn't find them when someone went to look.

If it were simply a matter of paper processing problems, and with the current abilities of financial institutions for near immediate funding and transfers, would you make YOUR customers wait for their cash while pointing an empty finger elsewhere? If I had millions of dollars of my customers' funds at stake, my reputation and my future earnings, you can bet if it were no fault of mine, heads would be rolling. The incompetent ones telling you your cash will be dealt with 'soon' - would be in the unemployment line 'now', not in two months.

Just my 2 cents on where the real cash is at. Keep feeding those rakes folks ...

I agree!!! I won't be playing until I'm sure this last check won't bounce. That will take a least 2 weeks since last time it bounced 2 weeks later.

I don't understand why we can't just verify a bank account and then directly deposit into them. It would save so much hassle. I hate having to wait for weeks at a time to receive money that I deposited in minutes.

I've never had a problem with FullTilt or Stars withdrawing...and I've never deposited! Once I did the initial scanning of my ID and recent phone bill...cheks arrive in less than 1 week. I did a test once to see which site pays the quickest Stars or Tilt...so made a $100 withraw by check on both sites same day. Tilt had a check in my mailbox in 3 business days..Stars in 4. My bank cashes them without hesitation - but then again...I AM CANADIAN........LOL CdPoker is almost as quick...but Ultimatebet won't allow me to withdraw without a deposit first...and it's been like 3 years....so I let it sit there and maybe blow $10 a week.
Cheers

I just received a check from FTP in the mail today.
I requested the check on August 25th and received it today on September 2nd.
I'm sure it would have been here yesterday, but it was a holiday, so no mail delivery.
It took 8 days to receive this check from FTP.
I'll let ya know how it goes after I deposit the check.

full tilt ripoff

Back in May I was playing fulltilt just with small money games to see how I liked it. I won a small amount I think it was about $2.30 and when it didn't appear in my account I emailed them to find out why. I included the tourney info and date. I got back a standard email saying they were looking into it so I waited and kept playing the small money games. After a week with no further contact I emailed them again to ask where my money was, this time I got no reply. After 2 more emails from me without a reply I went to have a game and found that I had been blocked from the site and could not enter any games. I emailed them again but no reply. Since then I've been playing at Pacific Poker (888 Poker) and Stars.net and have had no problems at all, when I win in Poker Stars they immediately send my an email with all the info, it's great customer service. My big conplaint with FullTilt is they kept all the money I had left in my account and will not let me log on to withdraw it, isn't that STEALING??????

My last check was deposited 2 weeks ago and still hasn't bounced. But now I can't make a deposit. Go figure. I guess I'm done for awhile. Until they get the law fixed in this country and get credible sites it will be hard for me to trust them with my money. Best of all to everyone and get out and vote for changes to the law against on line poker.

wow nevad, that was very insightful. I didn't immediately think of it that way.

That makes me really sad because I really like full tilt and its layout. Hopefully they'll fix that problem soon, and in the meantime I'll just play a bit more at pokerstars.

Withdrawing is over rated imo, just plow it back into the CC games like I do.
