now they said it won't take them until the 23rd. we'll see. I know one thing i'm really concerned about putting any money back into a sight that does this. Must be Charles Barkley running the show.

Withdrawal From Full Tilt

Deposits and withdrawals are almost always free of charge. If you use a credit card or online payment service, your deposit will instantly go through and be credited to your account, so you can immediately start flinging chips. Most sites process withdrawals in a day or two, with some online gaming sites processing withdrawals in a matter of hours!

the thing is, you cant really do anything about it if they dont get your money to you because a class action law suit wont hold water in an american court for particapating in an illegal gambling website.

FULL TILT WITHDRAWAL UPDATE

Well it seems Full Tilt is not only slow on getting us our money but also replying to our emails. This morning I finally had a response from them which feels like a win in itself. It only took them 10 days to reply. Last week they sent me an email saying my funds should be there shorlty if not already! Well they weren't there already and a week later still not there. My 2 requests for withdrawals are now a month old and still no money??
They did offer me a $300 credit but of course I would have to play and earn poker points to get it. So let me get this straight--even though you guys owe $4,100 and haven't paid me in a month you want me to go back on there and desposit more money only to not give it to me when I cash out?? Are they serious?

Supposedly rumors are that they are processing them finally and I hope to have mine in the next 2-3 days! Although I've been thinking that for 2 weeks now. I will keep everyone posted. I would suggest using Ultra pre paid though--if you don't have an account then sign up for one.. Once they approve in 48 hours then Ultra should process within 2-3 days with no issues.

STILL PISSED THOUGH

FULL TILIT

MY STORY IS THE SAME AS YOURS. I HAVE 7 TRANSACTIONS OF ABOUT 3500 THAT ARE NOW A MONTH OLD. I HAD 500 IN MY ACCOUNT THAT I KEPT TRYING TO WITHDRAW AND THEY SAID I HAD (EXCEEDED MY WITHDRAW LIMIT?). NO EMAIL RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. I AM TRYING TO CONTACT ONLINE GAMING COMMISION AND THE ACC (AUSTRALIAN COMMERCE COMMISION WHO REGULATES ECHECKS.) ARE YOUR CASHOUTS VIA ECHECK OR REGULAR CHECK? I ALWAYS HAVE USED ECHECK, BUT I HAD TO DUE THE 15 DAY DEAL FOR THAT LAST 500.00. THEY NOW WON'T EVEN PROCESS AN ECHECK CASHOUT. I HAVE BEEN ASSURED THAT THEY ARE REGULATED AND OUR MONEY IS SAFE.

A friend of mine made a withdrawal they said would take 3 weeks, it took 6 weeks. It may take longer than expected, but you will get your money. And I would suggest moving to another site if you NEED the money right when you withdraw it, but you'll probably have similar problems.

Well everyone; they FINALLY processed one of my withdrawals. I guess they are finally coming through. Expected time is 4 weeks now I guess! I am still owed an additional withdrawal of $1600 but I am sure this one is right behind my other one.

hey gotcha, will you tell everyone the exact date that you requested that cashout? Also, did you get an email notifying you that they ACTUALLY put the money in your bank account?

Maybe if fulltilt stops doing those BS endorsements on all of the poker shows, they will be able to afford paying people out.

I know there are a lot of upset people in this thread and perhaps it may help to understand how banking systems work. FT PokerStars Absolute Poker Ultimatebet ect, do not issue withdrawal cheques, they do not wire transfer money into your account or deposit funds back to your CC or moneybooker account. No poker site is a registered bank and ONLY banks are capable of doing any of those transactions. When you deposit funds TO a poker site, the funds do not go to the poker site, they go to a bank account, withdrawals come FROM a bank account. The poker site instructs the bank to make the withdrawal transaction, the poker sites bank then instructs a central processing bank to forward the funds, this process for cheques takes 4 days before the cpu prints the actual cheque. The problems happening with withdrawals are not only with FT but with most sites where the withdrawing player is a US resident. Having closed down internet money transfer companies from operating in the US, I suspect the US Government is now pressuring central banks to verify where the funds have come from before completing the tramsaction. They can use many excuses from doing it to, forget the online gaming bill, the mention of proceeds of crime act and anti-money laundering bill spring to mind as two phrases that will have any bank president shaking in his loafers. Write to all your elected officials, get the dumb law repealed and we can all get back to playing poker. Another thing to remember is that it's the players who tell the law enforcers where to look next. When Netteller shut down in the US, all the forums had threads telling of new methods of withdrawing, the enforcers knew exactly where to go.
In case anyone is wondering, I have no affiliation with any poker site.

still nothing and I know the money goes through a bank. the problem is they aren't saying what the problem is they just keep ignoring me. I'm being patient but this is getting hard to take. I'm wondering if they are having this same problem with issuing checks? I miss playing but I can't put anything in when I have so much owed to me.

Unbelievable...

Its being 2 months since I have requested my $2500 withdrawal .... and after sending 2 emails requesting a status update - here's what I got from them 2 weeks ago:

======================
Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

We understand your frustration with the delay of the Bank Transfer
withdrawal from your account "xxxxxxx". Please allow us to sincerely
apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

We assure you that your funds will reach your bank account soon and
agree that the extended delay is totally unacceptable. We are in contact
with our processor and are doing everything we can to ensure that your
funds reach you as quickly as possible.

Additionally, we are working to significantly improve our Bank Transfer
withdrawal processing system and hope to eliminate any such delays going
forward.

Again, please accept our sincere apologies while we work to have
these processing delays resolved as quickly as possible.
========================

as of today I have nothing (after 2 months!!!!!).............. this is one big BS !!!! I get checks from PokerStars within a week or 10 days max... - I will never play on FT again!

That sucks, but a tleast the money will come. Just like casinos, pokerrooms want you to play all day and never cash out. I think there may be something to the delays with other withdrawals, but they never want to give up the dough.

withdrawal from full tilt

just recently had a dissaggreement with full tilt re some winnings that were not deposited in my account. There was no reply to any of my emails to support so I went on their forum and complained. When I went to log in to play I found that I had been blocked from their site. Have not been able to log on since. Luckily I only had $20 left in my account but I have no way of getting to it so be carefull

no cashouts on fulltilt being accepted

I just wrote this to full tilt due to my suspicions. Something is going on. Last month they had that huge backlog of cashouts causing me to recieve my money 1.5 months later. They blamed it on their processing systems. There is something wierd going on. they prob wont get back to me for a while, however i will copy and paste their response when they finallly do.

My message to full tilt as follows:
I am trying to make a cashout. What is the reasoning behind me not being able to get money that is rightfully mine. Just last month, it took me a month an 10 days to get my money.

I am really questioning the integrity of your site or things that are going on that are out of your control relating to legislation issues. If this is the case, your customers have the right to know what the status is. I have a hard time accepting the fact that it is due to your processing systems due to the fact that they go months on end working just fine. The processing methods work and there is no reason why they would not continue to work.

I am looking for a REASONABLE and HONEST explanation for this. Please let me know.

skoldpadda and why this topic needs to be addressed

This is directed to skoldpadda-
What kind of a remark is that?.........
I play poker, I dont sit on poker forums and chat about poker. I dont understand what you are getting at. I found this forum initially last month after I along with 1000's of other people were delayed in getting there money. I wanted to see if I was the only one experiencing problems so I pursued to do a google search and ran across this forum thread. Anyone that did cashouts last month or perhaps prior, experienced the same thing I did. This was not a random occurrence like you would like to think. Full tilt made everyone aware of their difficulties thereby acknowledging that they were in the wrong. I will be more than happy to copy my email that i received by them. In addition, I will copy the one that I just recieved today! In fact if you go to their website right now and try to either do a bank transfer or a check via postel, it wont even give you the opportunity to do it.

skoldpadda, if you dont have anything to contribute pertaining to the people that are experiencing similar issues, please just dont say anything at all as oppose to putting thoughts into peoples heads causing them to think that this is just random occurrences of people experience typical problems. This topic needs to be addressed considering I have been in two situations at which it took neteller 1 year to get 2 gs to me, and a site called pokes poker affiliated with future bet took 800 dollars of mine when the owner(s) decided to flee..........
