I have never been fortunate enough to withdraw from Fulltilt - but a lot of people here have with no problem. It took me 6-8 weeks to get a check from Bodog - so I am sure other sites can be similar.

Have you tried contacting support yet?

Full Tilt poker withdrawal

Anyone else have a serious issue with Full Tilt's customer service and withdrawal's? About 2 weeks ago i requested 2 seperate withdrawals. They say it take 48 hours for the approval and then 7-10 business days for the actual wire. Well 10 business days came and went and nothing. I have now emailed them 4 times and had 1 response saying "we're investigating". I am not concerned it may not come at all? Any suggestions out there?

FULL TILT--HAVING A HARD TIME

Well I again emailed Full Tilt's cashier & support and still nothing in response from them? My request for a wire transfer was requested on April 18th & April 19th and I have not received a dime? They said 10 business days and it's now been 12! Anyone have any suggestions? They are not replying to my emails either.. I have to say I am pretty fed up with them and their poor customer service.

I'm looking for advice/help where ever I can get it right now.

Thanks

Ok if it takes up to 3 business days to complete the transaction, then 10 business days to get it, you still are barely (just barely) at the limit. It probably will be here this week and you are freaking out over a day or two??

Fulltilt withdrawals

I am having the same problems with Fulltilt. I made a withdrawal 10 days ago and have not yet seen it in my bank account. I have emailed the cashier and support team 4 times regarding my withdrawals and no respond from anyone of them at all. It's starting to piss me off for the fact that they lack phone support because they haven't respond to any of my emails, there's no way of reaching them.

Have an update ...

(from "FTPSean")

I’ve received an update on the bank transfer situation which I’d like to share with you all.

As Doug stated in his post earlier this week (Doug is basically the head rep for Full Tilt), the delayed transfers started to process on Monday. The transfers have continued to go through since then, and we’re hoping to have them all processed by the end of the week.

The transfers should start to hit bank accounts 2-3 days after being processed, so some of you will receive your funds very soon and the rest won’t be far behind.

While we’re glad this situation is cleared up, we’re really sorry about the delays you’ve all experienced.

Hopefully, the worst of this is over, and your bank transfers will be processed with normal processing times going forward. Thanks for your understanding.

And this was from last Thursday 05/01. Looks like things are clearing up so no worries ...

We’re sorry you’ve had delays with your bank transfer requests.

We found out last week that bank transfers processed since April 15th were delayed due to issues at our processor’s end. We immediately contacted our processor to find out what the issues were and if we could expedite the resolution, and were told at the end of last week that everything had been resolved.

However, earlier this week we found out that a further issue outside our control prevented the transfers from being sent as we expected, and it’s looking like the transfers will start processing again early next week.

Some of you have been emailed about the delays already, and there should be another email to everyone affected as soon as we have more specifics about when you can expect your funds. We’re hoping to have some concrete information for you by Monday.

We believe the issues experienced are related to the increased volume of transactions due to the recent changes with other processors.

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and we hope our bank transfer service will return to the reliable bank transfer service you were experiencing before.

Sean

FULL TILT WITHDRAWAL

Just giving everyone an update on my end. Today was the 16th business day and I have still not received my funds. However I finally heard back from Full Tilt with a very apologetic email stating the same as some others about the processor issue. They said Saturday if not already there that it would be shortly. NOT TODAY (Monday). I expect to be there tomorrow however. Usually when I receive those emails I get it within 2 business days. I will update you.
If nothing by Wednesday then yes; CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT.

I have been cashing out using mywebatm. I get my the money anywhere from 5 min to 4 hours normally. But the past two months the service has been down about three weeks of the month and it seems like the last week of the it works. So I don't know if this is a better option or not but when it works I can have cash I my hand with it in hour in most cases. I think it is great to be able to cash out and walk to the ATM and get my money with in an a few hours or less. To bad it doesn't work all the time though.
