Withdrawal checks at Felt Stars

For your info, I have just discovered that Felt Stars (Merge Network) are unusually nitty about ID checks when withdrawing, more so than the rest of the network, bizarrely. See this chat with live support:

Michael: I wanted to make a withdrawal. I received an automated message to the effect that I have exceeded the withdrawal limit and must provide identification. I wonder if this is an error. I have never withdrawn from Feltstars before and therefore cannot logically have exceeded any limit. Also, I deposited using Neteller, a secure ewallet system. The fact that I am eligible to use such a system means that I have already passed identity cheques considerably more stringent than those suggested by your system. I don`t know another poker room (and I know a lot of them) which imposes additional ID checks on Neteller users.

Stephane: There's actually one way in which you could have exceeded the limit.
Stephane: If the limit is zero, which it is.
Michael: lol
Stephane: You're right though, the form should be more specific.
