I don't have credit card or stuff like that, only moneybookers and i'm looking to get a virtual credit card. I searched lots of sites and found one like Anonymous Virtual Visa Card but they are so expensive that im looking for sites that are less expensive?

So do you know any provider where is possible to get virtual visa card paid, but the payment option must be MONEYBOOKERS!
