UseMyBank Gone?

I noticed the other day that PokerStars and Titan Poker removed their "UseMyBank" deposit methods. I am Canadian so it was free and very easy to use whenever I had to make a deposit. If I ever go broke on those sites (which if history repeats itself I will), I'm not sure what I'll do and I don't like paying extra fees on my credit card.

UseMyBank sent me an email a few days ago...

Dear valued UseMyBank client.

This is a courtesy letter to ensure that you have received your PAD
information package that was sent to you via email.

It is necessary for you to complete the package and send us back the
required information in order to be able to use our new service.

With our new service, your money will be debited from your account as
a Pre-Authorized Debit, (PAD). The information you provide us with,
will give us authorization to debit your account each time you want to
make a transfer to a merchant account. Without your authorization;
which is given in this agreement, the bank will not allow your money
to be transferred.

We are here to assist you any way we can with this new transition.

If you should require any additional information or help, please do
not hesitate to contact our support department via email and we will
be happy to help you.

I don't really want to bother filling out the PAD aggreement and faxing it in if it isn't returning to PokerStars. Has anyone received news/updates from any of the online gaming sites that used to facilitate UseMyBank deposits?
