| UltimateBet Cashout Problem!! I have been trying to cash out with UltimateBet through a bank wire for the amount of $2500. When I didn't receive my cash out in the 3-5 business days as promised they told me to give it a few more days. After calling my bank and them verifying with me that they do not see any bank wires coming in, I told UltimateBet and they said that they sent a swift trace which would take 6 business days to find out. After those 6 business days passed, I got a call from a gentleman who spoke little English telling me that they didn't hear back from the processor and that it would probably take another 6-10 business days for them to figure out whats wrong. I keep telling them that it seems like a problem with their processor and its not my fault, and for some reason I'm being punished. I verified all my bank information over the phone and all numbers were correct so I know its not my bank. Also, when they reply to my emails all it says is that they forwarded it to the team that handles cashouts and they will get with me shortly. Is there anything I can do more to possibly get my $$ through a courier check or something, or am I just at UltimateBet's mercy? Thanks for any help Ryan |

| Well it depends what country your in for a different process, I've personally have never had a problem as I use instadebit or moneybookers. I see the money in my bank account within 3 business days. We haven't really heard any stories that UB has never paid a legitimate player so I wouldn't worry to much if they have all the right information. Whats probably happened now is they've had to put a stop on the wire as you called and stated you hadn't received it yet, so they have to wait and see that come back to them or trace it to find out actually where it is. You could have received it and spent it and called them back and said you didn't get it They have different various departments so when your emailing support at UB they do have to forward that to their Cashier(finance)department. If your in the US i'm afraid you are at their mercy until they find the 2500$, and I know that it sux especially when your waiting for it on a certain day and have plans. You've stated that you have had phone conversations with them and your verified and they forsee no problems, so I wouldn't worry too much. You may have to be even more patient |
