TRUELY screwed True Poker

I joined true poker a week ago i deposited Fifty dollars i hit the 1/2 no limit tbls in a matter of ten min no bs i get two idios that lose over 400 to me so i withdraw or so i thought as soon as i hit withdraw 300.00 my account gets loced up i get no reply from the host i write support no reply so what am i to do monday i call my bank to stop pymnt figure hey why get screwed out of whats actually mine atleast i mean the 400.00 was mine i won it yet i can at least keep my initial anyhow truely screwed at true poker plyr nm urstupid

Sometimes it takes 24-48hrs for support to get back to you depending on the site. How long ago did you get a hold of them?

If you were able to stop the cheque that means you probably won't see the rest of the monies! The withdrawal was prob pending them receiving their money first before they would pay it out to you! If the cheque doesn't clear then by rights they don't have to send you the 300$, most sites have a clause for withdrawal, stating that you have to deposit first.

True poker has been around for many yrs, Good luck!

see i joined then with in 10maybe fifteen min. i was up over 400 dollars so i went to with draw the funds thats when true poker lcked LOCKED my account out of the system i never would have stopped the check if they didnt lock me out stopped me from further play and thats when i stoppe the check only after they refused to allow me to play i believe its because i won and wanted to withdraw only fifteen min after joining the site

Sorry, that's your own fault. You tried to withdraw your funds withing 15-20 minutes of depositing? Your deposit has to have time to clear. Which as aloevera said, can take anywhere from 24-48 hours, to even longer (sometimes 10 days, depending on the banks).

I'm sure there are some people out there who try to scam the sites in this way by depositing, winning, then trying to withdraw and stopping payment on the deposit (not saying you were doing this, but people in general). You should ALWAYS read a site's terms and conditions on depositing/withdrawing before you ever put any money on their site.

Yes it takes time for deposit to clear im ok with that however i with drew 250.00 off 458.00 that left plenty to cover the 50.00 deposit also i dont mind waiting 2or3weeks for my funds it was the point of them locking me out of pay not allowing play must be nice to be on the poker sites side like you guys that are telling me its my fault its my fault cause a dumb ass decided to go all in with me on a 23off and i hit i left plenty in the account to cover the check there was no need to lock my account from play thats all you know what im unjoining this BS forum as i see its a pokersites forum not a players forum
