Just google netteller and get info that way.

playing poker online you need one of these. I have neteller and they seem ok if you dont need to cashout from them too often , think they charge $10 or $20 each time not sure.
Alternatively you could use your credit card but for every site you use you will have to provide id which is a lot of hassle.Also think it's best to operate in the one currency to avoid conversion charges.
