Spin32poker withdraw

Hello from Russia!

I need you help.

I played in Spin32poker (part of Merge group). It delays my payout ($240, btw) to moneybooker acconut. The official statement says that withdraws to e-wallets take 3 days, I can't get money for 2 weeks. Support increases timeframe of payout every time we talk. It is 15 buisness days for today.

So does somebody have a successful expirience of Spin32 pay out?

Never had a problem with any of the merge sites including Spin32. Ususally when you make your 1st withdrawal from any of them they ask for ID and it takes a while. After theat it usually takes no more the a couple of hours.

They don't requier to send documents. The status of my withdraw is "manual approval requred" for two weeks and nothing happens. Support says that they have problems because of increasing amounts of paying out. And timeframe of withdraw inscreases day by day.

So I'm nervous...

Stick with full tilt and pokerstars.. That would be my suggestion. As to your problem. I cant help. Sorry. Never even heard of that site. If you get your money put it on Full tilt or pokerstars and you will never again have this problem

The last letter from support said that the company has been changing the payment system, that's why all Merge sites delay pay-outs.
So this is my last talk to live support about timeframe of starting pay outs.

Well, this consoles myself. Mat be I still have a chance. Frankly speaking I don't like to think that a good poker site can be a ripper.
But I'm very nervous after reading this article.

Well that news is like 6 months old but it still makes me wonder what kind of changes do they(merge network) have to be going through that lasts longer than half a year.

Another Merge network site, Aced, I requested withdrawl there 4 May
Had in fact even forgotten about it
Got email from them yesterday requesting id documents (4 May to 5 June!)
I immediately sent the documents, and the money was in Netteller within 4 hours!

Requested withdrawl from Carbon on 23 May (they already had my id)
Money was in Neteller 5 June

I'm happy to say that Spin32poker transferred money successfully.
I'm really glad, that I suspected this company in all sins unfairly.

just did a withdrawal from carbon pretty much same deal to my ewallet and took 18 days for it to get approved and 5 days to get to my account
went thru 4 times to support got the run around that the timing is off from thier cashiers lol did get it though like pulling wisdom teeth though . next time probabbly just trade someone for other sites it would be quicker
