Reliable poker rooms for europeans (withdraws)

Hello,

I am asking you for help to find out which are reliable sites, which you can trust and where you dont have troubles cashing out and on the other hand sites where it is complicated or impossible to do so.

I would suggest the following rating:
- quick and easy cash out (1)
- time consuming cash out (2)
- time and nerve consuming cash out, like complicated criterias (3)
- very difficult to cash out (need to get in contact with customer service and beg for money; need a certain VIP status, takes at least 1 month)
- no cash out permitted (5)

Pokerstars (1)
Party Poker (1)
Pacific Poker (3) (proof of ID is quite complicated, it took a while)
Chili Poker (4) (they didn´t want to pay out at all (complicated proof ID; had to contact support a lot; they told me that I cant cash out because I had too few games; ... took a lot time till it finally reached)

Pokerstars, party, all ipoker skins, merge, microgaming sites are all fine.

Just be prepared to send in id/proof of address for a lot of them.
