Problem w/ Carbon Poker Deposit!

Now, I'll try again! Can anybody tell me WHY I am unable to deposit at Carbon Poker? I have no problem at PS or UB with making deposits! After I filled in all the nessesary info, I clicked on 'deposit' and a screen comes on and tells me ---'unable to process request due to banking regulations' or sumpin'! Plus the site run HORRABLY since they up-graded it---happen to anybody else??

Not sure about the deposit options but it is definitely slower since the upgrades
