prepaid mastercard

i deposited $80 on my fulltilt account, using my prepaid mastercard.
on my second attempt it was declined.i guess there has been gambling restrictions on credit cards the last 3 years or sumpin.i think its because the card was so fresh and never been used that the credit company didnt recognized the purchase at the time and it allowed the purchase to go through.the second time i tried to deposit maybe bout 3 weeks later is when i was declined prolly cause they now recognized what im purchasing.
the 1800tiltpay operator told me this information about the credit card stuff.if anyway this is my little theory.im just thinking now that i should have to it ez on my account or i should have deposited more,my advice is deposit a good ammout in case your card never works again.

can anyone tell me if i never deposited on pokerstars ever before and won some freeroll money. is it mine would they send me check?i know im drifting off here but lets say i did?
