PokerStars bans me for no reason..mods adds "for suspected multi-accounting"

Hello, im new here, my friends told me that some problems get solved when you post them on poker forums, so thats what im gona do, because pokerstars wont listen at all, and i will not give up.

I used to play alot poker at the casino, until i got introduced to online poker.

I was together with one of my friends, and we call 2 other friends who are brothers, and asked them if we could hang out. They said that they were home playing poker, and that we could come over.

When we came there, we had a drink, and then i got curious about online poker, and my friend told me pokerstars was a great site and stuff, and asked if i wanted him to make me a account. I said sure, and the friend i came over with made a account aswell.

So i watched him play, and later i played just to see how it was. I made 2$ from a freeroll, and and luckily won a tournament for $ 400, next day i won another $ 800, i was like, this is so good! too good to be true,i was like, lets through $ 1000 to the bank, and play for the other $ 200. But, when i had a paypal account, i knew that the money wouldnt go out, unless you had all your information right, and i had given wrong birthday date only, adress and everything else was fine, but to change birthday date, you had to send id, and i spend one whole week finding all what they wanted, i sent over 5 bills, over 3 id cards, and i tried to explain what had happened... This is what pokerstars says:

First Email: Please ensure that if you are sending documentation via fax that you clearly write your User ID on every page. On the other hand, please note your account has been closed as it has come to our attention that you have more than one account at our site. Upon investigation, it appears that the following accounts belong to the same person: MeowImQhAfghanPokerGQaizAfghansutdenmax If these are not your accounts, then we ask that you please confirm your association to these players. If these are your accounts, then we ask that you please refrain from creating further duplicate accounts. Our Terms of Service clearly state that only one account is allowed per user. Failure to comply with this rule may lead to you being barred from our site. Please also be advised that on occasion, we may be required to amend the Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with any changes made to them You can find our TOS at:

After i talked to them and explained everything, they tell me this:

Hello Semander, Thank you for providing us with the information we have requested. Regrettably, we will not be able to fully reinstate your account until the issues in account 'AfghanPokerG', 'QaizAfghan', 'sutdenmax ' are resolved due to your association with this player. Although we do not imply any wrongdoing, we would prefer if all related PokerStars account holders have settled their matter with us. To assist in reinstating your account, please have this player contact us immediately to settle the outstanding issue with their PokerStars account. We apologize for this inconvenience and trust that you understand our position in this matter. Regards, RosePokerStars Security Team
As the

As their saying here: " we would prefer if all related PokerStars account holders have settled their matter with us. To assist in reinstating your account, please have this player contact us immediately "

Looks like they just want to make the player keep playing, so they can make money, fine by me then they should contact them, why are they telling me to contact them? i have no need of forcing them to contact pokerstars, but i want to get back in the game, so i tell my friends to talk to pokerstars, and they ALL dont want to play, and give id and stuff..

"afghanpokerg" and "qaizafghan" are the brothers we visited.
"sutdenmax" is the friend i brought with me.

"qaizafghan" is the only one who deposited money, and he did it with his own card.
"afghanpokerg" never deposited.
"sutdenmax" only logged in his account once.

After i tell pokerstars this: dear pokestars.
just when i got this email, i called my friends, because i wanna help you

i called sutdenmax first, and asked him to talk to pokerstars about his account, he started to laugh and said that he didnt play and he said he didnt want to do anything

then i called "qaizafghan" he said that he doesnt play poker anymore, and that his not interrested in recover his account
then i told "qaizafghan" to give the phone to "afghanpokerg"

i asked "afghanpokerg" if he could talk to pokerstars, and he said "no, i dont wanna play there anymore, i play on 888 poker" .. i kept asking them to talk to pokerstars, but they dont want to

i really hope that you trust me, i have worked sooo hard to get my account unlocked, and its so frustrateng.... what more can you ask from me, i have nothing to hide.

Hello Semander, Thank you for your Email. It is unfortunate that you have become a victim of this player's actions, however, please understand this policy is in place to protect the integrity of our games. We cannot reinstate your account. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regards, Henry ZPokerStars Security Team

What exactly did the other players do? why would you make me go through all this trouble, and then saying that you would reinstate my account, if the other players contacted you, and now say this?

This is just soo bad, and gives you a bad imagine pokerstars.

I dont have anything else, but you guys now, let me know if i did a mistake here, or you believe pokerstars did a mistake here.

Pokerstars ID: MeowImQh

would appreciate so much if someone could help me up, tell me what to do?

First of all, they did not ban you for no reason, but IMO had a pretty good reason to. It may be that you are totally naive, and what is stated above reflects the facts.

In reality, when someone posts a post like this, they know exactly what they did and are trying to find a way to convince the poker site that they made an innocent mistake instead of colluding, cheating and purposely breaking the TOS.

Sounds like your "friends" are either pretty suck ass friends (friends help a friend that asks for it, especially when it is only a matter of a few minutes) or they are imaginary and you set up multiple accounts, which is why you were banned and is absolutely ok.

In the case that you are really in the exact situation you describe, sorry for being so hard. Talk t you "friends" and ask them to help again. But to be at someones house and have them spend the time to set you up an account, but the same guy wont even send an email on your behalf sounds just to "made up" to me...

Fair enough to be outraged if they said you had a related account with xxxxxx and you had no idea who it was. The fact that they seem to have known who 3 of your friends were, even one who you say only played once suggests that both pokerstars and you know more than what is being said in this post.

I'm sry I can't believe this story at all (Not saying you lying), just saying hard to believe it...You state you played poker live, yet never heard of online poker...Then you go to your friends house and have them set up the account, but there not willing to send in I.D to help you out?

As someone already stated either you have 4 made up accounts (Why I'll never understand), or these ppl really aren't friends, but still, kinda retarded if you ask me, you could've setup the account yourself

On the other hand, this new member has presented a better case than most every other 'Site Blocked my account and stole my money" thread I can remember.

Time stamp, and poker names suggest these players are all middle east. I can imagine that Stars might be more concerned about possible (< Notice I said POSSIBLE) money laundering and thus this seemingly harder stance.

I agree, these friends seem to be scumbags.

If, as the story was presented, these new players were signed up by a friend, at his house, then the initial IP address would all be the same and we know that will always raise red flags.

As for advice????????? Nothing comes to mind..... sorry new guy.

Sounds like there is more to this story then just the IP issue. OP could be an innocent victim here. It's even possible that since he signed up on his friends computer that his "friend" was playing on his account if he saved his sign on info.

Also possible that he signed up from the same IP and then proceeded to play the same tournaments as his friends. If it hadn't brought up a red flag at pokerstars I'd be more upset.

OK. To make a long story short. You were involved in someway with those acconts in question. Pokerstars is very highly reputable and im sure they did the right thing to you to prevent whatever you were doing to get any further. Stars can trace what accounts were played at what IP's. So if you were legit. You would be cleared in no time.

Read this on 2p2 as well I think.

i think people who are judging already and saying he's completely at fault are jumping the gun. i know of a guy who doesn't have a Stars account he can use for this reason - Pokerstars want verification from friends because 1 IP was used and friends can't be bothered to do it so one guy loses out.

OP, think you've got to look at it from Stars' perspective, but at the same time they don't really stand to lose anything; so what if you have more than 1 account even if you are lying? the only potential problem is the possibility of $50 bouncing, but then getting the account verified won't stop it bouncing.

Doh, sorry but I don't think I get it

It seems as if you would prefer to distance yourself from 'the rest of us', as I obviously intended it, (honest PS players who have followed the rules and don't want multi-accounters playing there)

As I say, beyond that I'm just lost where you are going with the pros/spokesmen bit??

As someone already stated either you have 4 made up accounts (Why I'll never understand),< many reasons... 'maybe' he bounced a deposit on one or two.. or... maybe he signed up an account with a 'free50' promo (ie. PokerNews), lost the $50 & then proceeded to open another acc't.. & another & so on. Maybe he opened up another acc't. because one of his friend's did this... & then used it to transfer to the other (or chip dump)? Maybe... maybe.... maybe... maybe all sorts of reasons? or these ppl really aren't friends, but still, kinda retarded if you ask me, you could've setup the account yourself < maybe seeing that he states he's completely unfamiliar with online poker, he sees his "friends" playing & when they offer to help him setup an account he of course jumps on the oppurtunity (because he's unfamiliar with how to do it himself.. which makes perfect sense).
'Maybe' his actions were fine.... but 'maybe' his friends' weren't (hence why they didn't want to follow-up with verifying their accounts.... or maybe 'their' is all just 'one' friend?

Some things that have me thinking OP is not legit are: what freeroll is PokerStars running where he can sitdown after having acc't opened & win $2? (pretty sure all freerolls on Stars you only win a ticket at best.... unless perhaps it's one of those NewPlayer $10 freerolls listed in the priv. lobby.... & if so, that would might suggest why 'one' would have more than one 'new' account.
Also, kinda hard to believe that 'friends' wouldn't simply follow up with verifying their accounts for OP (what kind of a friend wouldn't do this?.... "yah.. you're my 'friend' & now I'm gonna be too lazy to spend 5mins. for ya so you can get your $1200" < sounds like b.s.).
Also, OP states "I had given wrong birthdate only" ?????? what??

But really, the most convincing argument is obviously dj's.... clearly money-laundering as part of some 'bigger plot', LOL. (is Denmark a haven for money-laundering terrorists?)

also seems like QaizHabbibi & HeyImQaiz (along with qaizafghan) all opened up ~ Oct.2010 (spefically on the 22nd & 23rd of that month?) & played for a few wks.???

Your friend "QaizAfghan" looks to have opened up a few accounts.... & am guessing that this is why he's not willing to send in I.D. to verify account for you (& I'm guessing that you're aware of this).

If you are not 'him', then I don't see why you won't be able to get around this with support... except of course for the fact that you had him (or you?) sent up your account on his computer, at his house... the same one he used to set up his other accounts with.

... 'but' I had played one game also on Oct.2nd on PokerStars.
OP states above that his first games online (having just been introduced to it by his friends) were on PokerStars (he's new & so he had his 'friend' setup his account).
We research OP & discover he's actually first started out playing on 888Poker on Sept.28/2011.
Another lie that makes OP's post more fishy imo (why suggest you had no clue about online poker & setting up an account when you'd already done so the week prior on 888Poker?).

Nice try OP.... 'gg'

And ... 'nh' PokerStars. Catches another one.. wtg!
