Old account need banking advice.

A friend of mine(a U.S. player) has an account at pokerstars he hasn't used in sometime. He's joined my homeleague and is trying to deposit money. In the cashier Echecks the boxes still have his old banking info. He's is unable to delete this info and replace it with his new banking info.

I told him to email support and he is doing this but we have a game tonight so we kind of want to get it straightened out sooner than later. If anybody has any advice of what he needs to do outside of contacting support let me know. Thanks!

make sure he emailed cashier@pokerstars.com
maybe someone can transfer him the buy in till he gets it sorted?

Yeah, we'll do that. I just want him to be able to deposit b/c we're libel to play a cash game after the tournament depending on how insulting we get with each other.

Actually, he can do that now. From the Main Lobby, go to Account. From the dropdown menu he can choose to change his mailing address and email address (as well as other options). I did this a few months ago with no trouble at all.

Um, I just realized he's trying to change his banking info, not his address. Move along folks, nothing to see here. lol
