NETELLER LIMIT

MY account has been frozen because my deposit exceeded the transaction limit. I cashout about 7000 $ from pokerstars to NETELLER. Is there posible solution to withdrawal all the money on my bank account from NETELLER?

Agree, only the support can help you. I think they are ways to raise the limit, but im not sure.

Yea email support. If you don't have an extended account get one, transaction limits are pretty useless on basic accounts.

if not completely veriefied with neteller you are limeted
you can see what your limits are at account info at neteller
also can see the whithdrawl max to bank in there !

i got max movement of 48K a day on netelller

just go to neteller and check your account status !
you prob not used it much and are still at lvl-1
send the neccesary id-proof and upgrade your account at least 1 or better
with 2 levels at least

they said that documents will be reviewed within 5 business days, my account is still frozzen. I just wan't to know when they unfrezze the account can I withdrawal all the money?

Probably in 5 business days if everything you sent checks out at a wild guess ?

documentacion is fine, no problem about that I think, I sent them photo ID bouth sides and my banak paper account ( he showes my full name, last name and adress)

I sent them two times, last time two days ago and recieved a phone call from them, they said to wait few days to upgrade my account to extended if all documentacion be fine...
