Need help with full tilt poker

Need help with full tilt poker.....I wanted to deposit $50 with this visa gift card my friend gave me but I don't know if it is allowed or if it is smart to do. Since i cant get any response from full tilt poker except for them telling me that you must open an e passport account, which i already know. So i must turn to the forums for help has anyone made a deposit with Visa gift card on full tilt if so what happened? ............I just don't want to waste my gift card cause if it does not work then I lose 50$

You won't lose the $50 if it doesn't work. It will simply decline the transaction. What kind of Visa gift card is it? It makes a difference, because some will work, and some will not.

I say just give it a try. The worst thing that can happen is the bank will decline the transaction. Then you'll just have an extra $50 spending money (wee! New shoes, anyone? ).

If it doesn't work, use the gift card to buy a prepaid card that will.

hey i used to do the gift card thing 2 man but unfortunatley they stopped allowing them to follow thru due to the fact that anybody underage can just go and buy 1 and play poker which i was in fact guilty of 3 years ago but yea they pretty much wont accept any of them srry man

I actually had no trouble funding my Full Tilt account with my Wells Fargo visa debit card (ran it as a credit card). Hope that helps someone.

i opened a epassporte account...put 50 dolllars in it...where they said it woudl take 2 weeks to confirm....came back in 2 weeks tryed to log in ...they said my account had been suspsended due to suspicious activity...called them 3 times only to get hung up on twice after waiting an hour...and the 3rd. couldnt understand what they were saying and they kept saying i didnt have an account...so im out 50 bucks

Thats exactly why I am very reluctant to play real money with these sites. You never know who has access (or lack of in your case)to your money. I am still not convinced on the "safety" of these sites. I'll stick to Brick and Mortar.

i have been putting real money on fulltilt for a while now (via debit card) i have nvr had any complaints( besides i always seem tol lose money due to lack of withdrawl methods) but i have found out that the best way to go now is epassporte because if u deposit 1 time with this method u may also withdraw str8 back into ur account via epassporte...real convienant

try it. if it doesn't work on FT- it will definitely work on Bodog (i deposited on bodog with all access visa card and the $ was instantly in my account).
