most accepted withraw method

FullTilt has a check option for US players, but will all US banks accept the checks for deposit, and if so, is there a wait time on the check to clear and how long?

PokerStars also offers a check by mail option, same Question to them, how long does it take to get the check and for it to clear?

there are a lot of other sites out there that does not have a check by mail option, they tend to have an option for some type of card, my Question to these sites is, where all can i spend my winnings on these cards?

So i want to know, what site and cards are most accepted?

My question on this is how do they let you withdraw say a 10k + winning or a 6 figure winning? That cant be by check right?
