I need advice

Let me begin by stating that I'm very ignorant regarding the internet and online financing. I need help and advice about using EwalletXpress and Click2pay for depositing and withdrawing winnings from the poker sites that use these methods. Are these two companies recommended methods of depositing/withdrawing winnings? I do not have credit cards, but I do have a checking account and debit card. I'm having a heck of a time trying to deposit, withdraw, and make transfers on almost every poker site I play at. Any info or advice anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated. I'm an older fellow whose generation doesn't really trust these new type gadgets such as computers and online finances. I would welcome anything anyone could offer as advice or suggestions.
