How do I make a deposit from US?

I am a member at PokerStars, and my bank and credit cards will not let me make a deposit. How to I make a deposit in the fastest & easiest way? And the safest way so I don't get my info stoven - that is more important then fast and easy. If we were talking chicks... well my priorities would be different.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

I would be sure that PokerStars has secured the transaction, and you will want to make sure that something on your screen shows you that your software is dealing with a secure transmission of info. It may be a locked padlock icon, often in the lower bar on your screen, depending on your browser.

I have dealt with e-checks (generic term) over the years and had no problem. The receiver creates an electronic version of a check and that info is transmitted to the bank, and funds are allocated. It used to be that you would have to cancel a particular physical check, as they would include that info with their electronic rendition. That may or may not happen at PokerStars. Others may fill in that blank.

Seems that the easiest place these days for US players to deposit may be the Cake Network sites. For the upcoming big private freeroll this weekend a deposit is required and it was unbelievable easy. Easier than it used to be using NETTELLER. Damn close to instant using credit cards. (hint here, if your ATM card has a CC symbol on it, and you have the funds available, use your ATM credit card function).

I like epassport because all the sites I play at, (FT,PokerStars,BD,BR) all use it. I have never had a problem with them. I dont like giving out the checking account number to the site, and you would have to give it to each one/site, I just assume keep it on a card. Good luck to you.

It is the next best thing to Neteller. I have have no problems and it has low fees. eWalletXpress works pretty well for some sites.

eCheck is the way to go

Simplest thing you can do is just mail me a check (saves 1 step). PM me for address.

My reccomendation would be to use epassporte, that's who i use for almost all of my deposits on Pokerstars and they are always fast and legit about the way they transfer, it will cost you though. Its 5 per 100 for fees so you had best be a good poker player if you intend on at least breaking even on the fees alone.
