Help Please. Buyin and cashing out

I've been playing on PS for some time now and as of June 1st I haven't been able to buy in because I was using the netspend all access card. Since then I've open up an checking account with Chase but Echecks wont process my buyin. I need to find another way of buying in. Does anyone have any suggestions that might work. Also cashing out, which is the fastest way?

You can use western union, there is a button link for it on Pokerstars, follow the directions. As for as cashing out since June 1st, dont know.

Echecks should work, I would get another bank.

Cashing out I would think receiving a check is possibly the best way since the implementation of the UIGEA.

What bank do you know that works for certain? Because Chase bank did not work for me this week.
