Got my first check from FullTilt!

Just got my first check from FT in the mail. It only took a little over 2 weeks after my request. Thats quicker than most sites.
Not to mention ive never deposited at FullTilt sinse they dont take my CC,PICCLub or E-walletxpress. I just had to send ID and bankstatement for address verification.
Props to FullTilt for not making me wait 4ever like most sites.

It used be lot easier with e-check to withdraw. Last time I tried to withdraw, I didn't see that option. Was going wait until I had enough for a wire transfer but after reading this think going ask request check in the mail. Thanks for the info.

Are you saying that you got a check from FullTilt w/o ever having made a deposit? I have a decent bankroll there, all won from Freerolls and Freeroll Dollars. Are there instructions somewhere for making the withdrawal, and is it legal in the states?

Yes I withdrew w/o ever depositing. Go to the Cashier and click on withdrawal. Choose the check option and it will tell you that you have to send your photo ID and bank or CC statement with same address as your acct.. Im pretty sure you send it to Cahier@fulltiltpoker. It doesnt tell me anymore since Im already verified. In a couple days you should get an e-mail saying your verified to withdraw via check. Then go back to Cashier and youll be able to withdraw via check. $100 min and no charge...

I wasnt sure if you could either. I emailed and asked but they didnt give me a straight answer, but didnt say you couldnt. i just gave it a shot and it worked. only took about 15 days total to get it.

As far as it being legal I still havent figure that out yet, seems to fall in a gray area. The check I got came from a payroll company in FLA. Ive gotten checks from a few sites and it never had their name on it.

It is perfectly legal to get a check.

I cashed out from Pokerstars for the first time last week. Put in the request after midnight last monday night/tuesday morning, got the check this monday, less than 1 week. Of course I had deposited with an echeck from money I had withdrawn from full tilt. I think this may be why I did not have to send in anything for confirmation of ID.

Withdrew from Full Tilt back in November, pretty sure the first check was within 10 days of my request, and a second check was within 5 business days.

On another note, I am pretty sure I got checks from the same payroll company for PS and FTP.

I agree with you. Most sites don't allow a withdrawal without deposit first and a certain amount of points achieved. Very nice to know. X
