Reside in US. Made my first withdrawal two days ago and used the check option. First, I had to give them id & address verification(utility bill) but that's not a big deal. I will follow up on this thread when/if I receive my check.

Thank you very much for including the information I requested (country, method). The other guys reply to this thread had none of this info; nevertheless, I do appreciate his/her efforts in replying.

It does me no good to know vague details of an unknown persons transaction.

I'm in US. I deposited using echeck. However, they would not allow me to withdraw using echeck. I double checked with them and they said it wasn't available. How are you guys using echeck withdrawals?

Withdrawals

This probllem of withdrawing money from these poker sites has me concerned.

Seems, they are very reluctant to send a player the money which is rightfully theirs.

Whats the use of winning money if you are not going to get paid.

My question is this: "What poker site is the best to play on to be sure of recieving your payout when you request it.

I tried to withdraw funds from "ButUS Poker a few months ago and they just ignored my request.

It was not a large sum. But, it was money I won and righfully belong to me.

I would like the Cardchaters to comment more on their experiences with funds withdrawal.

If I could find one poke site that will pay out upon request, that is where I would play all the time.

Now, I seem to have my faith in PokerStars, altho, never withdrew any money.

However, at Pokerstars, I tranfered several hundered dollars to other players and they in turn deposited equal amount in my Paypal account.

That is the only time I have every actually was able to realize my wininnings.

Thanks for listening,

mange

ECHECKS WITHDRAWAL

I used echecks to deposit money directly from my bank account about a month ago onto full tilt. I live in the United States (michigan). On Dec 7th 2008 (3 days ago) I decided to withdraw 450.00 from my account. It gave me the option of echecks (apparently this is the only way to have the funds put into your bank account from full tilt.) I recieved one email immediatly saying "Status: PROCESSING
Your withdrawal request has been received. Processing of your
withdrawal request may take between 24-48 hours."

The very next day i recieved this email:
"Status: APPROVED

Your withdrawal has been approved.

Funds transferred electronically should be available in your account
immediately. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 10 business
days to be credited to your bank account.

Delivery times for withdrawals by check vary depending on delivery
method and destination. Checks sent to the Continental US should
arrive within 15 business days via regular mail. International
delivery times will vary.

It has only been 3 days and I checked my bank and the money hasnt came in yet. Im sure it will soon though and I will post when it does.

As for your question I would have to say Pokerstars is the best site out there.

1) Everytime I withdraw, it usually arrives with 3 days, and this btw is the check option, but then again i'm in Canada
2) There support is amazing just incase your waiting and start to get alittle nervous about your money. They will help you out asap, just email them, and they usually reply with-in acouple of hours at max

and that's why I'd have to say stars

When you use direct deposit to your bank account as withdrawal from FTP, do they require identity verification the same as they do for a mailed check.
I would like to withdraw some soon.

re: Full Tilt Withdrawls poker

Still havent recieved my money yet. Only been 4 days, but still waiting. No they didnt ask my for any verification or id. It might be because I deposited money onto full tilt using the same bank account that im withdrawing into. I will update as soon as i recieve my funds and we can find out exactly how long this really takes. I have to agree with the people above.....pokerstars is much much faster.

In order to be eligible for direct withdrawal option, you need to use echecks for original deposit.

Thus they don't ask for anything like your ID, because you used your bank account for depositing thus they are sure that you are the owner of this account.

wow! this is quite an interesting thread.I live in the US. I have withdrawn 400 dollars from fulltilt which was put directly into my bank account, it took 9 days total for the money to get in my account. My withdraw was place on a sunday and came in on a Monday 9 days later.

I have to agree with others though when i deposited it only took a few seconds and the money was gone from my account you would think the withdraw process would be no different but...

re: Full Tilt Withdrawls poker

Within the last 3 months I have withdrawn money from both Full Tilt, and Ultimate Bet. In each case I got a check via U.S. Mail within 5 working days.

I was very happy with both of those sites' process.
