Does anyone have any information on Full Tilts new cash at hand withdraw method?

Yeah, I've heard alot of good things about this withdraw method. Apparently, it is available in markets, groceries, things like that. If you are a US player, then this seems like the best option by far. Just cash out, go down to Walmart and pick up your money. From what I understand, they don't charge any fees either!
