Full Tilt Echeck Deposit Problems

I tried to deposit on FT a few days ago with Echeck, because it seemed quick and simple from what I have read. Of course when I try it, it gets declined and so I wait a while and try again to no avail. So they give me a number to help with deposit assistance, (funny they don't have one for withdrawal assistance), so I give the number a call.

I get connected to a rep, and it sounds like he/she is talking through a fan, and I have no idea what the rep is saying. So I could have probably agreed to give them my car in the process, but finally the rep says that there doesn't seem to be anything wrong and I should try again in thirty minutes to an hour.

So i try in an hour. Fail. One hour later, refail. I give them another call, same story. So by this point I probably don't want to be playing poker anyway, because I could tilt through a wall, but I give it another ago. This time I fail and get a email saying my account is suspended, and they want me to email them basically everything I have to prove that I am in fact who I say I am. So I do that after contemplating whether to just mail myself or not. That was three days ago, and apparently they still use the Pony Express for mail. Awesome.
