FTP deposits? help

Hi i just came back from Alaska from work.. been about a year.. i use to play online poker.. i cant deposit any money through my visa debit? can us players still play online? i'm not sure can anyone help me out. i read Echecks the best way? well if anyone can help that be great? and if CASHOUTS are still the same? can we US players still cash out checks through FTP?

Echeck is the easiest way, and yes we can still cash out.
