Good news! I remember that the first time I try to cash out I had a bad experience that I needed to ask the help of a friend to transfer me the money in another poker room. Maybe, I'll give another shot to felt pokerstars even though 33 days is a long time.

first time withdraw from feltstars always take time more than a month...this days i dont have any problem at feltstars.. im using Ecocard cash out it takes maximum 48hours
