Feltstars Ecocard withdraw

i always withdraw with ecocard,withdraw through ecocard from feltstars takes 24hours time or lesser time, but last withdraw which i did it was on 05/22/2011
still i didnt recieve money on my ecocard account
i have send several emails to the support they didnt reply me and i wanted to contact them through live support but feltstars live support is down
can anyone help me how can i contact them?? any suggestion ??

In my opinion,the feds are watching forums like this to find out what players are doing,plus I dont believe merge cashier is doing much,except waiting and supposed to be upgrading.So just give things time for now.
If I had enough to cashout,I would try to cashout and see what happens...

i have tried withdraw for 8months and several times,eberything was good but last time i didnt get my money,,,,i dont know how to contact them!!! they are not replying my email and live support is not available

no problem anymore..feltstars solved my problem..i have send email to jill@feltstars.com
if you guys have problem with feltstars you can email to the same adress
