Feltstars Ecocard withdraw

still i didnt recieve money on my ecocard account
i have send several emails to the support they didnt reply me and i wanted to contact them through live support but feltstars live support is down
can anyone help me how can i contact them?? any suggestion ??

In my opinion,the feds are watching forums like this to find out what players are doing,plus I dont believe merge cashier is doing much,except waiting and supposed to be upgrading.So just give things time for now.
