Fastest way to make a withdrawal?

I need to get some cash from my online accounts as I lost my job recently. I need to withdraw money from Tilt and PS. What is the quickest way to get you money from both sites?

** I play in the USA and originally deposited with netteller....so I can't use that to get the money out.

Fastest way is to transfer money to someone you know and have them give you cash.

I wouldn't do that unless you really know the person, really easy to get ripped off.

Next would probably be wire transfer, but that may be expensive depending on you volume of play and how much you want to withdraw.
