Fastest Cashout Methods

Hey All I'm Curious as to different Cashout Methods, what are the fastest and Cheapest methods? On average how long do they take, and What percentage do they charge? So exactly what methods work for you all well and that you trust

I live in Germany and for me is the fastest cashout method: my Neteller Card. It takes 20 mins to 2 hours, and then i can go to the ATM and cash out. I have heard about the moneybookers card, but didn´t try it yet, but maybe will use it in the future, because it´s cheaper than Neteller as i have heard. Pokerstars has the fastest cashout, in my experience. Full Tilt is also good, but a little bit slow.

Ya Net-teller doesn't deal with Up North for some reason. Why I have no clue...Money Bookers have heard of them but Never tried it yet

Using a Moneybookers Mastercard. Works right fast to and from PS. Havent had a single issue so far.

I usually just request a cheque whenever I cashout (Regular cheque takes 15 business days and courier cheque is there in about a week), however this is mainly because I don't have a moneybookers account yet. I have heard moneybookers is very fast and am looking into getting one soon.

The best option for US players at most sites is a mailed check, from Full Tilt and Pokerstars most checks have been received within 1 week. It was possible before if you had deposited with echeck to cash out through echeck, but depending on your bank this may not work. Other than that I'm not sure.

Neteller is easily the best option where it is available, there is no contest. Unfortunately, it is not available in the US because of UIGEA and in Canada because of local laws.
