Epassporte withdrawal question Ok, I know a lot of people are using epassporte with FT these days. I have been able to load money onto FT for quite some time now through my own Visa, but would like to withdraw through epassporte. I realize that a minimum of $25 is required to open an epassporte account. What if say, I wanted to withdraw some money off of FT into epassporte, and then transfer all of that money into my back account and close the epassporte account. I know they charge a $2 fee for the bank account transfer, but would they keep the initial $25? I know it seems confusing but I haven't been able to get a response from epassporte.

In order to withdraw funds from FTP using ePassporte, you must have an ePassporte deposit to tthe site in place first. This is the case at all sites I have dealt with through my ePassporte account. Once you've cleared initial deposits, the only money ePassporte "keeps" is their attached fees. A couple things to keep in mind though: Your 1st deposit to an ePassporte account from your bank account can take what will seem like FOREVER to come available(typically 10-14 days). Also, I'm sure you realizr that $50 is the minimum withdrawal allowed from FTP. One further item to keep in mind- Withdrawing into your ePassporte account, and then depositing that money to another site has always been FREE, no chatges of any kind attached, and I've done it nearly a dozen times, involving a half dozen sites.

Cool, thanks for the info. I did not realize I had to make an initial deposit through them. Maybe I will just deposit the $45 and then withdraw it with the amount I take out. Since I have well over the $50 minimum withdraw. Does it take long to open an account if I fund it with my Visa instead of the bank info?

Semi-old thread, but I have an ePassporte question. I deposited $25 from my bank account into ePassporte over the weekend, via my debit card. The $25 is gone from my bank account, and when I try to load my PS account via ePassporte, it says my ePassporte isn't funded. Does it take them a certain amount of time for the cash to actually get there, or did I get hoodwinked?

re: Epassporte withdrawal question poker I have been trying to withdraw $100 from ePassporte for two months. Their automated bank verification did not work. They finally offered the manual bank verification option, but require the front/back of a cancelled check. My bank account does not include paper checks. I have emailed and called to find out what they will accept in lieu of the cancelled check. The phone rep, whose English I could barely understand, just gave me the standard process to follow. Now they are not answering my emails. I cannot find a legitimate US site which accepts ePassporte for purchases. I would appreciate any suggestions for getting my money back.
