All Access Prepaid Visa cards generally can be found at the supermarket checkout stand next to prepaid phone cards, and donations for the homeless.

Usually above the candy or magazines.

Googgle them and go to the web site. They have a "find one near you" type of feature.

Wow. I just checked the fees on the re-loadable AllAccess (Netspend) card. My advice - DO NOT use a re-loadable card. Get a gift card. But even then, it costs $4.95 for the card, and it will cost another $4.95 to use it at a gambling site (listed as international ATM charge).

If your game suks like mine, and you need a card to use, loading a gift card with more than you'll need for card playing to avoid the fivr bucks to get a card would be the best way to go, IMO. Look at these charges...........

Signature Purchase Convenience Fee$1.00PIN Purchase Convenience Fee$2.00Card Fulfillment (Shipping & Handling)$9.95FeeAdvantage CustomersMonthly Service Fee$9.95, billed on accountholder's cycle dateSignature Purchase Convenience FeeFREEPIN Purchase Convenience FeeFREECard Fulfillment (Shipping & Handling)$9.95Other FeesAdding or withdrawing funds to your account at local distributorsConvenience fee determined by distributorNon-Monetary Transactions -- Via InternetFREENon-Monetary Transactions -- Via Toll Free NumberUp to $0.50Non-Monetary Transactions -- at ATMUp to $0.50Account Maintenance (waived if account has debit or credit transaction and/or balance inquiry within 90 days)$5.95 per monthCheck or Additional Statement Mailing Fee$5.95Domestic ATM Cash Withdrawal / Cash Withdrawal at DistributorUp to $2.00 per withdrawal, plus ATM owner fees, if anyInternational ATM Cash Withdrawal$4.95 per withdrawal plus ATM owner fees, if anyLost or Stolen Card Replacement FeeUp to $9.95

That's a rip. Five bucks every time you make a deposit to PokerStars or any site. A buck if you don't have cash and want a MacDonald's for lunch. TEN BUCKS if you have no activity on your reload card EVERY MONTH.

I love Poker Stars over all other sites, and they have real problems processing US credit cards. I just used their InstaCheck for FREE and it worked the first time. So use Intacheck - available at Bodog as well.

for Net Spend (All Access) Gift Cards, go to www.netspend.com , and see tab #2, Gift Cards, put in your zip code and it will show you a list of places to get the card. All Safeway grocery stores in the US have them.

Wrong. You only pay the $4.95 once to buy the non-reloadable gift card. There are NO per transaction fees for international ATM charges or any other deposit charges on the non-reloadable card.

The key here is to get onto TAB #2. Otherwise you wind up with a reloadable card and that is something you don't want. Or to wind up in the same place with the same card anyway, avoid mistakes by going directly to http://www.allaccessgift.com.

OK, I bought an 'All Access, non-reloadable' card.

Appears to work just fine and I'm already playing the cash games.

Thanks again!

Hey just wanted to say thanks for the help with this everyone. I was having trouble depositing on Pokerstars and then I found this thread. I went to the 'all access visa' website and found out they sell them at a gas station right down the street...so I got a $100 one and I activated in online first and then last night I used it to deposit on Stars and it worked fine!

thanks again,
Dave

Well I think it needs to be the kind that you buy with a fixed amount, for example it will say '$100' right on the card in the top right corner. That kind worked for me...but there is another type of All Access Visa, where you buy it and tell them how much to load on it...that kind didn't work for me on Stars. By the way you can check out allaccessgift.com and put in your zip code and it will tell you where you can buy them. Hope this helps!

Ok, I have a stupid question. You didn't buy a card that actually has $25 printed on the face of it did you? You're just saying that you bought a card and the clerk put $25 on it for you. I only ask since you and I traded many PMs trying to get your card to work, but I've never seen a pre-loaded allaccessgift card.

I've never had a problem with VISA all-access non-reloadable on FullTilt, but you do have to register it online. Mine worked immediately.

Bodog and Ultimatebet took my regular VISA OK.

Thanks for the Republic Bank info. Can you cashout into there somehow?

When you purchase an Allaccess card make sure to get the gift card not the rechargeable card. If you accidently purchase the rechargeable card remember the card company charges you $1.00 each time you use it. So if you purchase a $50.00 card it will not work on poker sites that have a $50.00 minimum because the card is only worth $49.00. The gift card does not have that problem. I've been there because my son gave me a rechargeable card for $50.00 -- I was able to use it on PokerStars because their minimum is $10.00. Good Luck

so this visa all access card works at any site that accept Visa? And the reason that people use it is b/c regular credit cards get denied if used for gambling?

That is correct. I just depositied on FullTilt with an all Access pre-paid card. Bought it in the supermarket, registered it online, deposited money. It is that simple.

We can't confirm if it works at EVERY site as we don't have any confirmation of the sort. It is probably true and would feel confident trying it, however unless you have a sight in mind that you post here and someone can verify it, then nothing is guaranteed, obv.

I would like to confirm that these worked for both Stars and FullTilt last week (opened accounts for Mrs AG at both).

At the store I went to I only saw $25 all access visa cards. There was another all access visa card where you could load a specific amount, but it said reloadable on it.

Are there non-reloadable all access visa gift cards with set amounts higher than $25?

Can I use the reloadable all access visa card on full tilt?

Just do yourselves a favor, and when you buy a Visa giftcard, make sure it has the logo as seen below. They all look very similar, but if it doesn't have that logo, don't bother.

I made the mistake of picking up a card today that I "thought" was all-access. Turned out it was a Visa giftcard form giftcardmall.com or some crap. Looked almost identical to the all-access, sans the logo. Got home, didn't work, had to take it back and make sure to get the right one.

Don't know about the reloadable one, as the last time I made a deposit on FT was when I could still use Neteller. But I would hope that their support would know what they're talking about. As for withdrawal, you would get it via check.

Afraid I can't help you there. It's entirely up to you. I say if you already have an ePassporte account, go that route.

the store you buy an all access card makes a difference. 7-11 type of store if the 16 year old clerk doesnt have a clue. might not activate it right, happened to me. otherwise they work most of the time if you register it online, and if it doesnt call the number on the website, and a friendly person with an accent will fix it.

I just used an all access reloadable card on full tilt.

I chose to by a reloadable one because the highest non-reloadable at the nearest store to me is $50. If you are adding a significant amount, for me $500, it would make no sense in the world to get ten $50 non-reloadable cards. $500 is the max you can load on the card I bought.

You can deposit money on full tilt via the all access card and cash out via epassporte, as long as you have made at least one deposit using epassporte before.

i read somewhere (not sure where) that some people were having trouble using even the preloaded giftcards. According to what I read, someone from New York couldn't get it to work so he asked a poster who said it had worked for him where he lived. So he changed the registered address on the card to a state that "allows" gambling (don't explicitly ban it). Now it worked. Just thought I'd throw that out there. Again, this has not been confirmed by me.

I am in NY and had no issues. Honestly, I am suspicious of user error whenever anyone claims any problems.
