Carbon check

I've seen feedback from Carbon players that it takes weeks to get a check, but how about how long it takes to get just approval?

It's been a week and my request is still "pending."

Have you sent them all the ID requirements and had your account verified?

What are the ID requirements to withdraw money? I haven't deposited on Carbon yet, but I certainly don't want to have to jump through hoops just to get my money.

For checks I dont think you need to seend them I.D. But I could be wrong. If I won money off a freeroll I can get it sent to me if its at least 100 total of money. It usually takes a couple of weeks I believe.

Been over three weeks since I began the check withdrawal process with Carbon and I STILL have not gotten an approval! They twice asked me to verify the account and took their time with each request. Finally received an email a week ago saying the accoutn was finally properly verified, but no approval of the withdrawal yet. AND, it supposedly will take weeks for the check to arrive even after it is approved and processed! Stay away from this site - what is the point in playing if you cannot collect your winnings?!

Do you live in the US by chance? It may be that they can't mail you a check.

In my case, after I finally got a hold of someone on live chat (which is now no longer available), the agent told me that a check cannot be cut to me in since I live in NY. I do not know whether other US state residents can take a check.

And now, there is no way I can get my money out. Emails to customer service (now the only method of communication) have gone unanswered.

So I dont get it..are there actually anyone making succesful cashouts from carbon in the usa?

I have asked that ques too, so far I haven't heard any affirmative response from anyone in the US.

I signed up for UseMyWallet at the end of APR and would have been able to take the money out then, but I saw that they gave me a bonus so I decided (stupidly) to clear the bonus first. Days later, UWM was gone as an option.

I finally got my credit card verified and was able to deposit at Carbon. These withdrawal issues are making me a little uneasy, but I think i'll be able to withdraw fine. I'll let you know once my $25 turns into $100+ (fingers crossed)

I have a withdrawl pending on Hero poker. Its a different skin but the same network. Same problem. 1 week now. Not even an Email saying its pending. They took the money out of the account in minutes but no contact at all in a week. I have uploaded all the documents. All I can do is wait. I think Im going back to bodog. They have the insta check back up and running.

I live in CA and had a succesful check withdraw on players only this month. It took 5 days to be approved after request then i received it a week after that. Support said 4-6 weeks but only took 12 days.

Check finally came after MANY weeks of fighting for it. Have pretty much closed account and will not be playing online any longer as it was just too stressful to wonder if funds were ever going to arrive.

I believe this problem is at all merge sites, they all say 6 weeks, I just can't understand why, I am waiting for a wire transfer and they are telling me 6 weeks, yet they want to know if i want to make another deposit or cancel withdrawal. I think not

some1 needs to tell me what "Pending approval even means? It seems like they would approve the withdrawls just to make you feel like they were doing something. It has been almost 3 weeks since i requested a cashout on Hero Poker (Merge) and they have done nothing at all. They barely respond to emails.
Bodog is by far the better choice for US players. They have the insta check back up and running, deposits are 1 click and withdrawls are less than a week. The software is better too. WOW, Who would have thought I would be saying these nice things about Bodog???????????

software better on bodog? What planet r u on?? but I agree with the service, the best. I requested a check from Felt pokerstars early in December, finally had to get a forum owner to go to bat for me and I got the check in June!!!
