Bodog trying to get their wire transfer back

Yesterday about 4pm Hawaii time and they were saying that the money that was deposited into my account a few days before was being reversed. I still have no idea why and neither does CS. Anyone have this problem before?

Just talked to my bank. I explained what the money was for and they said ok we will take the restriction from your account and tell the company they wont release the money back to them. Great day for me

Dont do bodog, leaving US market and have heard to many problems with them.

Only the Bodog brand is leaving the US market. Bodog does not operate the poker room now, only their brand has been licensed to Alwyn Morris for years. The actual poker room, software, player accounts, funds, etc. will be rebranded under the same owners and remain the same. Nothing will change from the US player's perspective other than the Bodog name going away.

So are you saying the client is safe and reliable to use? i dont wanna spend endless hours playing on thier semi weak software, to come up depressed i cant withdrawal? . you sound like your know your sh** thats why i ask.

I'm not endorsing Bodog -- they're not my favorite poker room -- but there's nothing unsafe or unreliable about their client either, so not sure what you're asking. I will say that Bodog is about the only (US-friendly) site where you can pick up the phone and talk to customer support. As far as payouts, I haven't cashed out from them in a long time, but all US-friendly sites are being challenged with payout problems right now, not only Bodog. Until US licensing/regulation happens, don't expect it to get any better.

I've played there for quite some time and have never had a problem. Don't know what the future holds for any site that accepts US players, but I feel safer with them than anyone else.

Are we ok to keep playing on Bodog after Dec 1st? Do you think the deposit options will change?

the bodog BRAND NAME is leaving the US market at the end of the year but the company that owns the bodog.eu operations (MMGG) will continue to run everything as usual, just under a new brand name.

I'm not really sure what's going on with Bodog payouts, it says rapid transfer is the only option and that it always comes with a hefty fee (at least 10% of YOUR money). Then above it says you can get a free withdrawl once a month throw authorized options. What's the deal, how do you get your money out? I have a hard time putting money in if I can't get my winnings out, defeats the entire purpose of playing.

I am having trouble with the wire payouts at the moment. Requested 09-15-11. Been told they are trying to trace the wire. Becky, if you could help I would much appreciate it. I have played at Bodog for 6-7 years and always been paid. Thanks, GOAT.

Have you tried calling CS about this wire? If CS is unable to help to your satisfaction, please PM me your account number and I'll see what I can do to help ya.
