bodog gift card help

I'm trying to deposit on bodog. I normally use visa but doesn't work no more. I tried paylinq but ran into problems. What gift cards currently work for bodog? And where can I purchase it at.

If I do deposit with a giftcard will that effect the withdrawl process?
