Better/Quicker place to Withdrawal- FTP or Stars?

I have played quite a bit on FTP and have never had any issues with withdrawing using the bank transfer or bank wire method. However, I have had 2 issues in the past 2 months where my wire withdrawals have taken weeks, only for the funds to be sent back into my FTP account after their 3rd Processors couldn't complete the transaction. So this leads me to a few questions:

In terms of how long it takes for funds to go from poker room to bank account, based on peoples' experience, is PokerStars quicker/better than FTP?

Is there a way to transfer $$ from FTP to Stars (I know you can always do player-to-player transfers, but I have never done this with unknown players)? Are there transfer "houses" that can do this for a %?

There is not a lot of difference for me. I have done withdrawals from both with no problems.

PS will not let you withdraw if all of your funds are coming from transfers - you have to play to be able to transfer. I know someone who does that and he has to earn a certain number of VPP's per dollar to withdraw.

I would not recommend doing transfers with anyone you don't know and trust well. There are loads of scammers out there.
