| Having problems with withdrawals from Carbon. 1) You can deposit via Visa but they have discontinued withdrawals via Visa. 2) Although they say on their site that the minimum withdrawal is $25, if you withdraw via cheque, the minimum is $100, and also they have increased their fees from $15 to $25. 3) If you want to withdraw via Moneybookers you have to make a deposit via Moneybookers first, which is understandable. 4) It seems that no matter what method is used (even Moneybookers), you still have to send picture ID (gov't issued) and a copy of your credit card (front and back - funny since you can't use it to withdraw).
