Bank Transfer on Full Tilt

Hello all,
This is my first post on this site and I have a few questions about withdrawling money using a Bank Transfer on Full Tilt.

Is there a fee for using this option to withdrawl money?

Do you have to fax or scan ID information to them in order for them to approve the withdrawl using a bank transfer?

I have never deposited in Full Tilt, I got my money from a Player transfer. Do I have to deposit into the site first before I withdrawl?

I have not deposited or sent in ID information and my recent first bank transfer withdrawal was approved...mind you, I haven't checked if its made it to my account yet. I saw no mention of fees. It does say they may ask you for ID but guess its not automatically mandatory like check withdrawal without deposit.

1st time I used this I took out quite a bit of money. My bank charges me a $10 tranfer fee plus there was some $50 fee charged somewhere along the line. 2nd and only other time I took the minimum $250 transfer and there was no other fee but my bank still charged me thier $10 fee. 2nd time only took maybe 24 hours, 1st time took a litle over a week.

Bleh, wasn't thinking I'll be getting hit with fees at this end, if so will just send in ID and get checks.

must depend on the bank itself i did a withdrawal about a month ago from tilt and no fees on either end
