After win from freerolls?

1. After winning a fair amount of money through a freeroll I am thinking now about withdrawing some of it. Is it legal to take money from a poker site if I did not gamble any of the money to earn it (since its from a freeroll)?

2. Also, if I want to gamble with this free money I won would I be able to take that money from the site too since it really is not me gambling any of my own income away?

I have withdrawn from pokerstars before without ever depositing any $. Im not sure about full Tilt or any other site and the minimum withdrawl for most sites are at least $100 and got my check within 7 days

most site REQUIRE you to deposit in order to withdraw, good luck

You should be able to get a check, but if they require deposit, just dep minimum and then withdrawal all the money. Or you could consider that money your bankroll - just make sure to use proper bankroll management.

Alot of sites only have a $10 min deposit so you could do that and just withdraw all of it then

because we dont know on wich site you plaeyed, noone can really tell ya the truth.

try to withdraw, you will see what will happen.

on a few rooms you can cashout without any deposit before (i remember min. 2), a few force you to deposit before or you have only the possibility to cashout using a method where you have to pay a fee...

It varies on the site you play on. Most, from experience, requires you to have an initial deposit.
