I have big problem to contacting them there is no live chat like on party poker
no number available ( i tried two but no answer) it is terrible!
anyone have idea how to contact them qucikly?

yes there is a live chat........you must loggin to the cashier and then a message popsup and there you can start a live chat............but is mostly so you can deposit and they offers you things for more you deposit.....

If you push on Cashier buton from loby you get number and live chat. Is very good on support.

now I see but there You can settle thing relatedonly with deposit
If I as about something else they insolently disconnect chat or telling me to write email adress ( 3days answer)

If you start a chat there she answer to any questions even is not for deposit.I don't know if you have not any deposit till than can chat........

I think that is policy of 888 regarding support. To block account and after maximum long to answer users. Player's money works meanwhile. Rotten room. Don't give them money.
