2500 dollar limit set in stone on carbon?

My good friend just recently won the sunday 100,000 and now has over 22000 on there...Anyone have any advice to let them let you cash out for more than the supposed check limit? thanks!

they used to offer bankwires for 10k plus. they don't anymore but i would still ask. otherwise find a european buddy to take it out moneybookers. i would do it for a vig but i am not leaving usa until feb.

What the heck is money bookers? Do different countries have different cash out methods??...so if he requests about 8-9 checks will they allow it?

Yes of course other countries have different checkout methods because were not trying to get around the f**ked up laws. Did you think to search moneybookers?
It won't work in the US though
