Yes sir. I talked to AG about this a while back. In your recording software, use standard settings like 10 frames per second, etc. Also, make sure you shrink your recording area down as small as possible. I find when I use the "Microsoft MPEG-4 Video Codec V2" codec, it gives me good quality at a reasonable file size. Then what I think is a very important tip for getting smaller file sizes is to set your audio to "11.025 kHz, Mono, 8-bit" compressed with PCM.
With these settings/tips, I find that I can get 30 mins of video down to around 100-120MB AVI. You could probably get it down lower, but the quality would be crappy. That means a video of a 1-hour SNG would be around 220-240MB AVI.
